Title: Analysis of the structure and content of the weekly training microcycle in U13 and U15 football players Name: Adam Novotný Thesis supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objective: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the content, structure and time efficiency of the training process within a weekly microcycle between the football categories of younger pupils (category U13) and older pupils (category U15). At the same time, the aim is to compare the content and structure of the training process of the mentioned categories with the recommendations of the Football Association of the Czech Republic. Methods: The research population consisted of two student categories of players (U13 and U15). Non-participant observation and the creation of a video recording of a three-week training mesocycle were used for data collection. The significance of the differences with respect to the stated hypotheses was tested by assessing the substantive significance of Hedges' g coefficient and also by using percentages. Results: This study found a significant difference in the use of preparatory games between the U13 (25.9 %) and U15 (68.4 %) categories. Title: Methodology of 3x3 basketball training for U15 category Objective: The bachelor's thesis deals with the methodology of 3x3 basketball training for the category of children under 15 years of age. The main goal of this work is to create a comprehensive methodological manual for 3x3 basketball coaches and physical education teachers, with a theoretical basis and a demonstration of the annual training cycle, including its subfolders and thus help all coaches and teachers to study in the theoretical field of 3x3 basketball. Tasks: 3x3 basketball as a relatively new, but very dynamically developing sport requires specific expertise from coaches if we want training to be effective. If a coach is to be successful, he must acquire a theoretical foundation on which to build. The theoretical part analyses the available information on 3x3 basketball as such and the specifics of its training in comparison with 5v5 basketball. Furthermore, the work focuses on the characteristics of the selected age group and their consideration in the methodology of sports training. Stretching as a part of compensatory exercises in football U15 players

The main goal is to map and compare the effects of using stretching as part of compensatory exercises for U15 players over a period of three months. Partial goals will be to determine the effects of stretching exercises by testing in the FC Slavoj Vyšehrad football team. Furthermore, mapping and comparison of all individual measured tests that will be used in the research of players of the football team FC Slavoj Vyšehrad and FK Skalná. The last partial goal will be to find out which muscles are the most shortened in players and, conversely, which are the most stretched. Input and output values will be measured over a period of three months for the tested team FC Slavoj Vyšehrad U15 and the control team FK Skalná. The training process will include exercises aimed at stretching muscle areas, which are problematic for footballers. The theoretical part is focused on existing knowledge from the anatomical, physiological, psychological and social sectors, as well as on the muscular system, muscle imbalance, flexibility, compensatory exercises in general and stretching. Title: The current state of fitness of footballers 1. FC Viktorie Přerov in the juniors age Objectives: Determine the current fitness of footballers in category U12 - U15 in 1. FC Viktorie Přerov club Methods: Indirect measurement method Results: The best results had footballers from U15 category as we assumed. The difference between U15 and U14 was often very small. On the contrary U13 footballers were behind U14 a lot. The worst results had the youngest category U12. Players from U15 and U14 drop behind in 30 metres sprint in the contrary of Brazil U15 cathegory. Average results of U15 in Přerov is 4,52 seconds. Average results of Brazil U15 is from 4,24 to 4,30 seconds. In other disciplines are results similar with the other studies.
